WHY WE LOVE IT?
When we think about a French romance style, we would think of French girls who are independent and free of minds, who wholeheartedly seek adventures in their lives, who end up barefoot at midnight after having danced too much, who wear dresses on bicycles and jeans at parties, who assert her masculine-feminine side by opening up her style to all kinds of prints and checks.
Leon & Harper knits this attitude into their clothes. The Leon & Harper style creates a feel of calmness and countryside romance. It encompasses comfort and coziness of the casual style, the cuteness of the romantic looks, the freedom and the revolting attitude of Parisians, and the charm of boho. A firmly feminine state of mind and pieces tailored to enhance your silhouette turning everyone’s head. The collection is for with-it girls who do not break the rules but twist the codes.
FROM DREAMY CREATIONS TO CONSCIOUS PRODUCTION
The creations from Philippe Corbinare inspired by design, art, music and traveling. In fact, each collection is inspired by a song. Relax and listen to their newest playlist!
At the same time Leon & Harper values craftmanship and exceptional materials. 30% of Leon & Harpers knitwear is made in Peru, one of a few countries where craftsmanship is a fine art. The ancestral expertise of Peruvian craftsmen makes their creations unique - a world that combines beautiful patterns with creative know-how. Lighter, softer, stronger and better quality than sheep's wool, alpaca wool is a raw material that has been used for centuries in Peru. In the Western world, it has become a luxury material.
And from next season on (autumn/winter) Leon & Harper focuses on a sustainable collection with timeless basics like blazers and pants made of recycled wool. So stay tuned!
